Tyttenhanger Park Wedding Photography for Bridget & Chris

Tyttenhanger Park wedding – A new Venue for us! Bridget and Chris first saw us four years ago at Rebecca and Pete’s Wedding at Spains Hall, where they were Guests, so we were delighted to be asked to photograph their summer Wedding. It was a beautiful day when we arrived at Bridget and Chris’ house for Bridget’s final bridal preparations.  After capturing the details and accessories, we took a few pictures inside before stepping outside briefly for a couple more.  Just as we were leaving to go to the Church, the horse and carriage arrived for Bridget, her Parents and Bridesmaids.  St Thomas a Beckett Church in Northaw was the chosen Church for the marriage of Bridget and Chris.  We didn’t have long to wait  before Chris, his Parents, Best Man and Ushers arrived at the Church in a Limousine. After capturing a few pictures as they got out and a few traditional shots together with some Guest arrival pictures, we waited for Bridget. Once Bridget arrived she made her way into the Church for the service. St Thomas a Becket Church Northaw  Following the service, once all the guests had exited the Church, we got on with the requested pictures. With not much shade we worked as quickly as possible being an extremely hot day!  Bridget and Chris then left the Church in the Horse and Carriage to go to the Reception at Tyttenhanger Park.  As the Wedding Guests arrived before Bridget and Chris at Tyttenhanger Park, St Albans, they enjoyed the Drinks Reception in the superb grounds, entertained by the Harpist. We captured some lovely natural relaxed pictures of them all before Bridget and Chris arrived.  The splendid grounds of Tyttenhanger Park made a superb setting as Bridget and Chris arrived. Tyttenhanger Park wedding After they had socialised with their Guests for a little while, we took some fun bridal party pictures and a few pictures of Bridget and Chris around the grounds. The Best Man’s speech was after the meal after which everybody went outside and enjoyed the evening sunshine. With so many fabulous photographic opportunities at Tyttenhanger Park, we were spoilt for choice as to where to go for Bridget and Chris’ pictures, so taking a reality check, we condensed our ideas down!  Their Evening Guests were arriving and it was soon time for the cake cutting and First Dance.  Bridget and Chris entertained their Guests with a great rehearsed First Dance. Bridget and Chris wanted a sunset picture which incorporated a quick drive in our car and they were not disappointed!  A brilliant end to a brilliant day!

Turkey Mill Wedding Photography – Lisa & Colin

The beautiful Turkey Mill Wedding Venue, in Maidsone, Kent, was where Lisahhjj and Colin picked for their Civil Ceremony and Reception. Before going there we travelled to Lisa and Colin’s home which is where Lisa was getting ready and where we met up with David of Rideout Productions. Everything was going well and on time and we captured some nice images together with the details shots.  Once everybody was ready we took a few pictures before leaving to go to Turkey Mill.  Although we had been to Turkey Mill before, this was our first time photographing  a Wedding there.  The landscaped gardens looked lovely and with such wonderful weather it looked extra beautiful. We found Colin and his Groomsmen and took their pictures in between Guests’ arrival pictures.  Lisa arrived with her Mum, who was giving her away, at the front of Turkey Mill and we were able to take a few pictures of Lisa on her own as well as with her Mum before the Ceremony. Together with her Bridesmaids they then made their way over the bridge towards the Orangery where the Ceremony was held. Afterwards Lisa and Colin stepped out onto the lawn and greeted their Guests before the requested family pictures were taken.  Later as the Guests continued to enjoy the Drinks Reception we took Lisa and Colin for a short walk for a few pictures of them together, before returning to take the confetti pictures. The Wedding Breakfast was held in the Garden Room, followed by the Speeches.  Lisa and Colin wanted to make the most of this wonderful Wedding Venue so we were more than happy to go for a different walk around the grounds, including the Turkey Mill Pond and the tumbling Waterfall.  Turkey Mill in the evening provided Lisa and Colin with wonderful backdrops which we captured.  As for Lisa and Colin’s First Dance, wow!  A great rehearsed dance, so good!  A wonderful day, a lovely couple, a superb Wedding Venue and great to see Sarah and Will again and their family, thank you for recommending us! Oh yes, and in case you don’t take our word for it we recognised Turkey Mill as the setting for the wedding of Dr Watson in the recent Sherlock series on BBC 1!wedding photography at Turkey Mill Turkey Mill wedding photos wedding photography at Turkey Mill, Maidstone, Kent Turkey Mill reportage wedding photography Turkey Mill photojournalistic wedding photography Maidstone wedding photo at Turkey Mill Turkey Mill, Kent wedding photographer Kent night photographs at Turkey Mill wedding
