Fennes Wedding Photographer for Stephanie & Paul

Fennes Wedding Photographer for Stephanie & Paul

What a glorious day to be Fennes Wedding Photographer for Stephanie and Paul’s Wedding at this stunning Venue! Starting at Fennes on the morning of the Wedding there was a hive of activity, excitement and people everywhere! With a large Bridal Party of adults and children it was lively! After saying ‘hello’, a quick chat and familiarising ourselves with where we would be taking pictures of the dresses, accessories, we got on with our work.

Recommended Wedding Photographer FennesSienna, Stephanie and Paul’s eldest daughter was very involved from the outset, helping and enjoying every moment. Ellie took a little while to do the same but then found it was good fun! Paul was in the Bridal Cottage finishing off his preparations so David went over there to meet him. When Paul, his Groomsmen and the Pageboys were ready there was time to take a few pictures before the ceremony. Meanwhile, Stephanie, the Bridesmaids and Flowergirls were getting dressed. Wow! Stephanie looked stunning as did the Bridesmaids and Flowergirls. The Pageboys looked so smart as well when they joined the girls. There was time to take a few pictures of them all before  Stephanie headed downstairs. Stephanie’s Grandad was waiting for her at the bottom of the stairs and after greeting Stephanie they went in to to see the Registrars. Paul and the Wedding Guests were seated at the last moment outside for the Ceremony as it was a hot day, just in time for the Ceremony to begin! Lovely pictures as the children led the way from the Gold Room towards the Gazebo.Fennes Wedding PhotographerStephanie took her Grandad’s arm followed the Bridesmaids. The beautiful colour scheme that Stephanie and Paul had chosen for their Wedding enhanced the setting. Following the Ceremony and after Stephanie and Paul spent a little time with their Guests we got on with the requested family pictures. Moving over to the trees for the Bridal Party pictures for a little shade!Fennes Recommended Wedding Photographer During the afternoon we captured relaxed informal pictures of  everyone and spent a few minutes with Stephanie and Paul around the grounds for their pictures. Just before the Wedding Breakfast Stephanie and Paul were covered in confetti. The Pavilion looked lovely for the Wedding Breakfast.  We covered the Speeches which provided great amusement and reactions.  Stephanie and Paul took the opportunity for some time in the grounds in the evening as did a number of the Guests. We took this opportunity of a few evening pictures of the two of them as well as taking relaxed informal pictures of their Guests.Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes  Evening Guests arrived and Stephanie and Paul spent some time with them before sunset. On our return Stephanie and Paul cut their Wedding Cake and had their First Dance. We left them a little later to continue their evening celebrations. A wonderful day!

Vaulty Manor Wedding Photographer for Lyndsay & Terry

Vaulty Manor Wedding Photographer

It was nice to be back again taking photography at Vaulty Manor for the Wedding of Lyndsay and Terry. On arrival at Vaulty Manor we went to see the girls in the cottage.  Hair and make up was being done and with lots of Bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride to do, it was a  hive of activity! Saying that, there was no stress and all plans were going well. Terry and his Groomsmen were getting ready at Vaulty Manor as well, so it was nice to take a wander to the rooms they were using to  capture a flavour of their preparation shots.  Samuel, Lyndsay and Terry’s son was with his Dad getting dressed. Once they were all ready we took some pictures of them.  Samuel who was a Pageboy then came over to where Lyndsay was.  Samuel, who looked very smart was joined by the Flowergirls who looked lovely.

Vaulty Manor Wedding PhotographerThe girls all looked amazing and that was before they put their dresses on! There was enough time to take a few other pictures once they were all in their wedding attire. As the Guests made their way into Vaulty Manor for the Ceremony, Lyndsay met with the Registrars. Afterwards the Flowergirls led the way into the Ceremony, followed by the Bridesmaids, Pageboys and finally Lyndsay with her Father. After exchanging their vows and receiving their rings from Samuel they completed the ceremony. Lindsay and Terry stepped outside, followed by their Guests. Lindsay and Terry were  then showered in confetti. During the Drinks Reception  we got on with taking the requested group and family pictures. There was time for Lyndsay and Terry to enjoy the Drinks Reception and talk to their Guests whilst we took some candid Guest pictures.  Lots of laughter later could be heard for the fun Bridal Party pictures. For Lyndsay and Terry’s ‘together’pictures we went off for a few minutes around the grounds of Vaulty Manor.Vaulty Manor Wedding Photographer On our return it was time for the Wedding Breakfast followed by the Speeches. Master of Ceremonies for Lyndsay and Joe’s Wedding Day was the Singer and Entertainer Joe Fryd It was nice to see Joe again and the Wedding party were in for a treat! Joe introduced the Speeches and afterwards  everyone went outside whilst the barn was set up and Joe finished setting up his musical entertainment for the evening. There were garden games to keep people entertained and we took the advantage of a nice evening for a few extra pictures of Lyndsay and Terry.Essex Wedding Photographer Vaulty Manor When all was ready, Lyndsay and Terry cut their Wedding Cake and then had their First Dance. Crondon Park Wedding Photographer for Stephanie and Will

Crondon Park Wedding Photographer for Stephanie and Will

Brentwood Cathedral and Crondon Park Wedding Reception. It was a dry start to the day for Stephanie and Will’s Wedding. Stephanie and her family were getting ready at The Harvard Inn, Stock, so we made our way there on the morning of the Wedding. Final Bridal preparations were going well so we got on with taking some pictures of the dresses and accessories. Once Stephanie was looking lovely in her Wedding Dress, her Father came into the room to see her, some nice moments. We took a few groups pictures and a couple of Bridal portraits of Stephanie before we left.  Our destination for the Wedding Ceremony was the splendid Brentwood Cathedral. We had our fingers crossed that the weather would hold out for the pictures of Will and his Groomsmen before the Ceremony.  The forecast for the day was not too good! Will was at Brentwood Cathedral with his Groomsmen when we got there, so we got on straight away with a few pictures of them. Wedding Photographer Essex The men then greeted the Wedding Guests whilst we took some arrival pictures of them.  The rain started to fall a few minutes later, phew! It wasn’t long before Stephanie, her Parents, Bridesmaids and Flowergirls arrived, fortunately they didn’t have far to walk from the car to the entrance of the Cathedral. Using the cover we took a few pictures before Stephanie took her Father’s arm, the doors of the Cathedral opened and the Bridesmaids led the way into the Cathedral. We so love Brentwood Cathedral! Such space and a beautiful ambience.Essex WeddingPhotographer After the service, Stephane and Will made their way to the exit and paused just outside the doors for a couple of pictures as it was still raining.  The Guests remained inside as Stephanie and Will turned back to join them. Having the area to take the large family pictures inside we got on with arranging these requested pictures. Wanting just a window of opportunity to go outside we thought was not on the cards but just as we finished the family shots pictures inside the rain stopped! It was so nice as Stephanie and Will’s Guests blew bubbles over them after we did an ‘everybody’ picture. We worked quickly taking the pictures whilst the weather was on our side.  As we left Brentwood Cathedral the rain started again, great timing! Wedding Photographer Crondon ParkCrondon Park, Stock was the Venue for the Reception and after Stephanie and Will and their Guests arrived, they had time to socialise during the Drinks Reception. Finding time a little later we took Stephanie and Will for a few pictures outside before the Receiving Line and Wedding Breakfast.Crondon Park Wedding Photographer Afterwards it was time for the Speeches. The Barn was then set up for the evening’s entertainment.  Stephanie and Will had their First Dance soon after which was followed by a Ceilidh. As always these are great fun and after capturing some pictures, it was time for us to leave. It was such a pleasure to work with Stephanie and Will, such a lovely couple! A Crondon Park Wedding always seems to make nice pictures!

Wedding Photography Layer Marney Tower – Lydia & Terry

Wedding Photography Layer Marney Tower – Lydia & Terry

Layer Marney Tower – Lydia and Terry chose the wonderful Layer Marney Tower for their Wedding.  First of all we started off at The Holiday Inn, Eight Ash Green, Colchester, which is where Lydia and her family were staying. Everything was running smoothly, so we were able to capture a flavour of the day’s preparations and taking pictures of the accessories. After a few pictures of the girls,  a couple of pictures of Lydia, who looked stunning in her Wedding Dress, and a couple with her Parents once they were ready we left them to it and went to Layer Marney Tower. We met with Terry, his Best Man, Ushers and his Parents straight away when we arrived.  After taking a few pictures of them, the double decker Bus had arrived with the Guests so we were able to take a few pictures of them. Terry and his Groomsmen greeted the Guests before Terry was ushered to see the Registrars. Lydia arrived a little later on in the Layer Marney car and as there was a little time spare we were able to take a couple of pictures. The Wedding Ceremony was held in the Corsellis Room and when it was time Lydia made her entrance accompanied by her Father and Bridesmaids. After the Ceremony, Lydia and Terry went for a short ride whilst their Guests enjoyed the Drinks Reception in front of the tower whilst we took some informal pictures.   On Lydia and Terry’s return from their car ride, they walked up the path in the glorious sunshine towards the Tower and their Guests.

Wedding Photography Layer Marney Tower As Lydia and Terry’s Wedding was in the early afternoon there was plenty of time for them to mingle with their Guests and we had more time for taking the pictures in the afternoon. With Lydia and Terry being such a wonderfully relaxed couple, what more could we ask for! The requested family group pictures were taken and a little while afterwards we took the fun bridal party pictures.   Using the area in front of the Tower, such a wonderful setting and with the sun shining, these turned out well! Lydia and Terry wanted a few pictures around the grounds including the Barn. Layer Marney Recommended Wedding PhotographerThey enjoyed doing these as we did too! Just before the Wedding Breakfast the Guests threw confetti over Lydia on the stairs before they all sat down for the meal in the Long Gallery.Layer Marney Tower Recommended Wedding Photographer After the Speeches, the Long Gallery was set up for the evening’s entertainment. It was  such a beautiful evening everyone went outside, we took  a little time out with Lydia and Terry for a few evening pictures and some pictures of the evening Guests as they arrived.Layer Marney Tower Wedding Photographer Lydia and Terry cut their Wedding Cake later in the evening and took to the dance floor for their First Dance. A sunset concluded our coverage of Lydia and Terry’s wonderful Wedding Day!

Ipswich School Engagement Pictures for Sarah and Ian

Ipswich School Engagement Pictures for Sarah and Ian

Sarah and Ian’s Engagement pictures were taken at Ipswich School.  Meeting them there one evening worked well as it is the Venue where they are getting married. As usual with a new venue, we like to visit ahead of the wedding to familiarise ourselves with the area. The Engagement shoot was an ideal opportunity to look around and familiarise ourselves with this location before Sarah and Ian’s Wedding Day. It is so nice to work at different places and we are so looking forward to this one. Afterward taking the pictures we finalised the arrangements for their wedding. We came away buzzing!

Pre-Wedding Photos – Stephanie and Paul

Pre-Wedding Photos – Stephanie & Paul

Stephanie and Paul visited us one afternoon to up-date us on the details of their forthcoming Wedding at Fennes.  It was an ideal opportunity to meet their children, Sienna and Evie, before the Wedding. We know from past experience that familiarising ourselves with younger children can make a big difference on the wedding day itself! It was a nice afternoon so we used our local River Walk to take a few pictures of them all and a few of Stephanie and Paul together. Stephanie and Paul are getting married at Fennes.
