Crabbs Barn Wedding Photography for Louise and Gary

Crabbs Barn Wedding Photography for Louise and Gary

We have been looking forward to photographing Louise and Gary’s Summer Crabbs Barn Wedding for some time, having known Gary for quite a few years. It was nice to play an important part on his Wedding Day. It was a beautiful day and Crabbs Barn provided a lovely setting for their Wedding. After double checking timings etc, we made our way around to the Bridal Suite to see Louise. Louise had partially got ready at her Parents’ home, leaving the final preparations to do at Crabbs Barn.  Everything was running smoothly, so we got on with taking pictures of Louise’s Wedding Dress and accessories whilst Louise’s hair and make-up was completed. Meanwhile, Gary had arrived with his Best Men and Ushers and before they got on with their jobs, they had a few pictures taken before too many of the Guests arrived. Once Louise’s Bridesmaids and Mother were ready, they assisted Louise with getting dressed. Louise looked amazing in her dress. When Louise’s Dad came into the room to see her it was a lovely moment. There was time for all of them to exchange cards and presents before it was time to move on.

Crabbs Barn Recommended Wedding Photographer Being such a lovely day we stepped outside to take a few pictures before Louise took her Father’s arm and walked along the path towards the Barn for the Ceremony. Louise and Gary chose to have their Wedding Ceremony in the Barn, which was looking splendid. Recommended Wedding Photographer Crabbs Barn After seeing the Registrars, Louise made her entrance into the Barn for the Wedding. After the Ceremony we took Louise and Gary for a couple of pictures at the gate whilst their Guests made their way to the Drinks Reception. Louise and Gary joined their Guests shortly afterwards and enjoyed the time socialising and being entertained by the Singers outside. After everyone had time to relax it was time to get on with the requested family group pictures, followed by the fun Bridal Party pictures which were enjoyable to do. We managed to find a little time for a quick walk around the venue for Louise and Gary’s pictures before the confetti. Crabbs Barn Wedding PhotographyThe Barn was decorated beautifully for their Wedding  Breakfast.  The Speeches followed the meal, Gary’s Speech providing amusement, with more laughter and reactions from the Speech given by the Best Men, Paul and Glen.Wedding Photographer Crabbs Barn After the Wedding Breakfast everybody went outside so the Barn could be prepared for the evening celebrations. Later on we went for a short walk to take a few evening pictures including a walk in the cornfield, finishing up with a fabulous sunset! Upon return to the Barn it was time for the cake cutting and First Dance.  Gary and Louise’s evening Guests joined the rest of the Guests and them for this in the barn.Essex Wedding Photographer Crabbs Barn Capturing a few informal relaxed pictures of couples and groups, we then had some social time talking to people who we knew. Wow! What a memorable day! Louise and Gary, you are a lovely couple, all your planning and hard work paid off, well done! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, we know you certainly did! Great as always to work with  David of Rideout Films and all the team at Crabbs Barn.

Wedding Photography Down Hall for Natasha and Ryan

Wedding Photography Down Hall for Natasha and Ryan

It was nice to make a welcome return to the stunning Down Hall for Natasha and Ryan’s summer Wedding. Our day started early with our first trip of the day to Down Hall Country House Hotel, which is where Natasha was getting ready. On arrival Natasha was well on the way with her preparations, everything was running smoothly. This was a good thing as Natasha and Ryan’s Church Wedding was back in Witham at mid-day. Natasha’s Wedding Dress and Accessories were laid out ready to be photographed so we got on with doing these. The first of the Bridesmaids got dressed and then lent a helping hand, as did Mum,  in dressing Natasha. With Natasha ready we took a few pictures of her in the room whilst the Bridesmaids finished off their preparations.  We didn’t have to wait for long, which was great. We were then able to go out of the room onto the landing and stairs where there was more space and take a few pictures of all of them.

Wedding Photography Down Hall After a few pictures of Natasha we left to go to St Nicolas Church in Witham. Ryan was there when we arrived with his Best Man and Ushers.  It was at this time a shower of rain made an appearance but thankfully not for long! It had dried up by the time Natasha arrived. With the Guests seated in the Church, Natasha took her Father’s arm  and walked up the path to make her entrance. After the service, we quickly took a couple of pictures outside the Church, before the Guests lined the path for the confetti throwing.Essex Wedding Photographer It was then off to Down Hall for the Reception. We took a couple of pictures outside Down Hall as Natasha and Ryan arrived, Whilst the rest of the Guests were arriving we took them for a short walk around the grounds for their pictures. Wedding Photographer Down Hall Natasha and Ryan then had time to socialise with their Guests before we got on with the family pictures and fun Bridal pictures, which were great.  During this time the Guests were entertained by Natasha’s Uncle Gavin who is also a Magician. It was soon time for the Receiving Line prior to theWedding Breakfast. The Speeches followed before everyone came out of the room so it could be set up for the evening. It was a beautiful evening and the ‘golden hour’ beckoned. Once the room was ready, it was time for the cake cutting followed by Natasha and Ryan’s First Dance. Surprise! During their dance, the music changed, dancers emerged from the people watching and took to the dance floor! The Flashmob dance began! Natasha and Ryan’s Parents joined them as well!  Brilliant! What a performance! Down Hall Wedding Photographer Soon after this it was time for us to leave them to continue the celebrations. Congratulations to Natasha and Ryan on a lovely day! Well done to Natasha, your timings were impeccable! It was nice to work with Mark Greatbach again and for the first time Philip White Visuals.

Corporate Portraits

Corporate Portraits

Something we would like to do more of is Corporate Portraits and head shots. This session was for Paul Wearmouth who is a Motivational Speaker and Coach. We did a range of looks and backgrounds during the session both our suggestions and working with Paul’s ideas also. My favourites were the more moody black and white versions. These were taken in our small studio however, we are just as happy to create Corporate head shots or Corporate Portraits at clients premises. Professional people need a Professional Corporate Portrait created for a business profile rather than a quick camera phone snap!

Fennes Wedding Photographs for Louisa and David

Fennes Wedding Photographs for Louisa and David

It was a day of changeable weather for when we went for Fennes Wedding Photographs for Louisa and David. Just after we arrived at the lovely Fennes, Louisa and the girls arrived with the Flowergirls. Giving them time to settle in we went off and took a few pictures of general details around Fennes. Returning to the girls little later, everything was going well, whilst David with his Groomsmen and boys were getting ready in the Bridal Cottage.  The girls with their hair already finished then proceeded to get dressed. The men and boys were ready for some pictures first, so we got on with taking theirs. Leaving them to talk to the Guests, it was now time to turn all our attention to Louisa and the girls. After a few pictures, we had enough time to take a few bridal portraits of Louisa, before it was time for them all to go downstairs.Fennes Recommended Wedding PhotographerThe sudden shower of rain put paid to the outside Ceremony which the Fennes Staff had to quickly rearrange indoors.  Clark, Louisa and David’s son, was giving Louisa away and did a grand job of escorting her down the aisle. Following the Ceremony, the rain had stopped and it brightened up so we were able to take the requested family pictures outside. It was a good job we did them then because as we finished the big group picture it started to rain again! We captured some informal pictures of the Drinks Receptions inside and took Louisa and David into the Library for a few pictures of the two of them.Fennes Wedding Photographs for Louisa and DavidIt was  one of those days where the sun then came out again so we managed a couple of outdoor pictures also. Just before the Wedding Breakfast everyone showered confetti over Louisa and David.  Following the Wedding Breakfast, it was time for the Speeches. After David’s Speech, Clark said more than a few words which he delivered very well indeed, emotions were running high! It turned out to be a lovely evening weather wise, garden games were available for those that wanted to play them, whilst others walked around the nice grounds of Fennes. Louisa and David had a couple of pictures taken on the bridge before a couple of pictures with all their children, Millie, Taylor, Samuel and Clark.   Fennes Wedding PhotographerThe cake cutting and First Dance took place in the Pavilion.  Finishing our coverage of Louisa and David’s Wedding Day we took a couple of night shots, as well as the’heart’shot. A wonderful set of Fennes Wedding Photographs for Louisa and David and a wonderful day.Recommended Wedding Photographer Fennes
