This Sunday 1st February, we will be exhibiting our wedding photography at Charter Hall Colchester, Essex from 10.0am – 4.0pm. This is usually one of the busiest Fairs we attend why not stop and talk about your wedding in Essex, Suffolk or anywhere else!
We were asked recently why we were more expensive than another photographer? Good question, however, perhaps the question should have been reversed ‘why are they so cheap?’
Do they have any experience of photographing weddings? Do they have insurance? Do they have Photography Qualifications from BIPP or MPA, the only recognised UK Qualifing bodies? What quality are the albums and can they show you completed albums from full weddings? How long have they been in business or living at the same address? Do they let you know their address or is it just e-mail and a mobile? Do they have any client testimonials? Do they have back-up equipment of a high standard?
The credit crunch may last a year or two – your wedding pictures should last a lifetime. Why risk a cowboy?

Today we had the pleasure of taking some flower pictures for Julia from W Flowers for use in their new promotional material. W Flowers will be exhibiting at the Layer Marney Wedding Fair this weedend – see post below – and are highly recomended for your floral requirements.
Sunday 25th January 2009 we will be exhibiting at the fantastic Layer Marney Tower, near Colchester, Essex. Opening times are 11,0am – 4.0pm. Layer Marney Tower is a great venue for a relaxed wedding and beautiful photographs.
This Sunday (18 Jan) we are exhibiting at Smeetham Hall Barn on the borders of Essex & Suffolk near Sudbury. This is a great venue for a country style wedding. See some of our previous work here and read what Nikki & Steve thought of us here.
Another trip to the archives for another sad loss, this time from a wedding in 2005 at Five Lakes Hotel, Essex and for a donation to the Marie Curie Cancer Fund . The picture here is one of the general wedding shots and not of the lady concerned.
Today we were at a clients home in Feering, Essex, to capture some pictures of young Henry, who is 10 weeks old. Of course we also took some pictures of and with his sisters but pictures of Henry was the main requirement.
